In town from Tampa, FL visiting family. Lost a filling (maybe two?) in rear molar. They were able to accommodate me quickly. Most importantly, I am NOT a great dental patient. I’ve a strong aversion to needles, drilling, really all of it. I get nervous, have a hard time keeping nice and still for them. Mr. Wolfe did great with me. Some dentists really get annoyed, but he was patient, gave me lots of warning before each step, and just generally kept mindful of my personal distress while in that chair. That is huge for me. Beyond that, it was also without a doubt one of the least uncomfortable dental procedures I’ve had done, which went a long way toward loosening my death-grip on the arm rests as we went! I would have ZERO qualms and no hesitation recommending Mr. Wolfe to anyone. Great Job, and THANK YOU, and the rest of the staff there that day, who were universally friendly and welcoming.

Who enjoys going to the dentist? Me, I do. Everyone there makes it just a great experience, they are so friendly and caring and fun...Katie is just wonderful and I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, as she makes me feel like I am visiting a friend. Everyone of the Dentists are just the best and whichever one comes in to check after a cleaning, I enjoy..Now the atmosphere,,,,,it is so calm and pretty and welcoming it is a pleasure to just sit there..The receptionists are so nice and friendly and accommodating....Overall, I give my experience a 10, and am so happy to be a patient there..

While visiting family in Webster, NY. I had a minor dental emergency. My aunt was able to get an appointment for me the same day with Dr. Viola. The staff and Dr. Viola were very kind and professional. I was in and out of the office in no time with my dental problem solved. If I lived locally, I would certainly recommend this dental practice.
